My wife Lee was looking for an abstract Kimberley image today to go up on our bedroom wall with a particular colour palette, so i went straight to my RAW files of Montgomery Reef and this is the result.
I think it will look good against the bed head wall with similar reds adjacent to the image!
It seems that everyone else is posting their results from the International Loupe Awards, so I guess I should do the same! 🙂
Here they are and I am happy to say that there was an overall improvement in my scores, so very happy with that!
Thank you judges! 🙂
Just another waterfall is the title…just another maya waterfall is the reality that is Iceland!
A multi layer stitch and focus stacked as well. Note the small lady in red over the other side that will give you and idea of the scale we are talking about here!
Another sensational weekend at Rottnest and whilst diving this time, found this cute little scene with some soft coral and a little resident fish, who was definitely calling this little haven home.
On the way home from Rottnest last weekend, the Leeuwin was out on trials and sailing off into the sunset in full sail.
I love those old square riggers and they look so majestic when they are in full sail!
It looks like my ‘bright and blue theme’ is carrying on with some commercial work I have been asked to do!
My client wanted some blue sky structural images from around Perth, so this is one take on that subject matter!
Anyone looking for a new website, I can thoroughly recommend Flemming Bo Jensen and Charlene Winfred’s new company.
Both Flemming and Charlene have solid backgrounds in he IT game and both are also awesome photographers, not to mention ion great writers and photojournalists.
Flemming Bo Jensen also created this site, so this is an example of what can be done;
Their contact details can be found here.
Some very cool clouds on the weekend, which offered an awesome playground for some birds to see out the days end in style!
As I was working this image up, I was blown away at the colour and the detail in the weed reflections in the foreground.
Sometimes you just don’t know what you have until you pull it out of the camera and I love those moments! 🙂
The images are testament as to why most Rottnest regulars believe that Parker Point is as good as it gets!
