I think this image perfectly describes my journey around Iceland.
Around every corner there is another epic image to be had!
Such a beautiful country!
Here is a somewhat higher look of the view on top of one of their mountains down in the Southern part of the Island.
I was asked today if I had any Ice panos, so I went back through my Iceland panos and worked this one up….not too bad me thinks! 🙂
I decided to look back through some old Iceland files this evening, Inspired by Tommy Putt from Inspired Landscapes strangely enough!
And very glad I did! Very happy with how this one turned out!
It was quite a trek down a steep and slippery hill getting here!
One of the many things that Iceland has to offer is ‘Ice’ strangely enough…go figure! 🙂
This is one of the many very cool natural sculptures that was evolving with the constant temperature changes, wind and rain.
The shape and colour of this one very much caught my attention!
I nice little scene taken near where I shot yesterday’s post. The contrast of the vividly white geese against the colourful Icelandic backdrop made fro a nice composition I thought.
This is another take on a previous version of the Glacier colours. I think i actually prefer this one as the reflections are far more dramatic.
How is the colour pallet in this image!
Another view from the very rugged Iceland Coastline.
Here’s one for Merv and Pete…Sheep shed…Iceland style! 🙂
This evenings image is one that I found from my Iceland trip that I think typifies the ever changing moods of the weather of Iceland…light and dark and so many variants of that!
